I have no experience with other products, but this one does a relatively good job for pimples. In fact, I use it even close to the scalp where I had a problem. It helped me relatively.
It either has no scent or it doesn't have a nice scent, meaning after use, I don't feel like the skin smells nice. But obviously, after this, you have to apply cream because otherwise, the face will dry out.
It does its job as a mild cleanser much better than a regular soap or foam cleanser, but don't expect miracles. Problematic skin needs something for hydration, sun protection, etc. after cleansing.

Την δουλειά του την κάνει σαν ήπιο καθαριστικό πολύ καλύτερα από ένα απλό κρεμοσάπουνο ή αφροντούς, αλλά μην περιμένετε θαύματα, το δέρμα που έχει προβλήματα θέλει μετά τον καθαρισμό, κάτι για ενυδάτωση, για αντηλιακή προστασία κτλ.

I think it is one of the best facial cleansers for oily skin with seborrheic dermatitis (with frequent outbreaks as well). It is gentle, cleanses quite well, odorless, does not dry out, does not increase flakiness, but it does require a considerable amount to lather.
Νομίζω από τα καλύτερα καθαριστικά προσώπου για επιδερμίδα με σμηγματορροϊκή δερματίτιδα (με συχνές εξάρσεις κιόλας). Ήπιο, κανει αρκετά καλο καθαρισμο, άοσμο, δεν ξηραίνει, δεν αυξάνει το λέπι , θελει αρκετή ποσότητα βέβαια για να γίνει αφρός.
