There is nothing better for eczema. Better even than the medications my dermatologist gave me. In addition, it is also the best hand cream for my excessively dry (due to age) hands.

Very good cream for the whole body. I use it in a very small amount on my eyes because I have eczema. It has helped me incredibly. I tried to use La Roche-Posay's and it did absolutely nothing for me. I highly recommend it to everyone

It helped me tremendously with atopic dermatitis around the eyes, in a small amount (size of a lentil) as my dermatologist suggested!! Minus one star because the LR aloe gel helped me much more on the rest of my face!!! I would buy it again just for the eyes!!

Effective cream, simply, overly greasy. It acts therapeutically, however, it cannot be worn while touching objects, it stains them.

Super moisturizing cream! I use it even when my hands are just dry. Every winter I ended up with bleeding hands and couldn't move them to avoid cracking, but with this cream I found my salvation. I even put it on my cheeks when it's very cold or dry

It didn't help at all and actually during use it ended up causing more itching and redness and worsened the eczema on my hands.

It is very effective. It acts immediately on intense itching and quickly heals wounds caused by sweat eczema. It has no scent. The only thing that bothers me a little is its sticky texture, which, however, goes away quickly.

The only cream that really helped me with my eczema. I've tried creams recommended by dermatologists and they didn't do such a good job. My whole hand was open and the itching was unbearable, but within two days all the symptoms calmed down and I have normal skin again. The only cream that restored balance to my damaged hands from severe eczema. For those who don't know, it is the worst form of eczema that causes hands to excessively dry, crack, peel, develop wounds, and be painful. Even treatments with heavy corticosteroid medications had not solved the problem. It requires a little patience and a sufficient amount at the beginning (1 tube of 100ml in 1 week), but afterwards, only a minimal amount is needed every time you wash your hands. It truly works wonders! Highly recommended for very dry, damaged hands, especially for ECZEMA!

Moisturizing and softening. Fragrance-free. Did not irritate my overly sensitive skin at all. The only negative is that it is very greasy and you cannot use it outside of the house.

The only (non-corticosteroid) cream that completely treated my hand eczema (characterized as dyshidrotic by a dermatologist) which had become chronic.

It didn't help me much with my hand eczema. Its texture is quite heavy and somewhat sticky.
However, it didn't irritate the eczema... and I say this because other products I tried worsened the condition of my eczema.
