I bought it because it is the cheapest natural bristle brush available, first time I use such a brush and whatever I say is not enough! It's my best purchase. It detangles hair 100%, meaning it untangles many knots that another brush (dessata) skips, leaving the hair knot-free for most of the day. It leaves them shiny and soft, I have long hair, and I love it! If it ever breaks, I will buy it again. Once, I straightened my hair with it and it did an excellent job compared to others, so I recommend it for this use as well. Of course, I don't know how durable it will be over time with the use of a blow dryer, but it's worth it!
