Finally, a multivitamin that contains a significant amount of vitamin D.

It makes a big difference and has important quantities of vitamins. All the others I have seen are bordering on fraud.

Very good vitamins with exactly what you need. I believe that taking more than 1 pill a day is excessive, as one pill already contains large amounts of the ingredients. Overall, very good and I will buy them again when they run out. I haven't noticed anything negative, however, they are vitamins so don't expect anything crazy in terms of results.

Very good vitamins, I have been taking them for a year now and they are much better than anything else I have taken in terms of vitamins. Personal experience always.

As a brand, I have trusted it for many years and they really deliver. Admittedly, don't expect to see immediate results from the first week, unless you have a serious vitamin deficiency.

BUT be careful because even with 1 per day, instead of the 3 they mention, they contain excessive selenium. I experienced selenium toxicity, which is observed from nails that break and hair loss. It took me 10+ months to return to normal levels and use strengthening shampoo.

One of the few multivitamins that actually work for me. Just a piece of advice, no multivitamin contains the necessary amounts of magnesium, zinc, and calcium that we need on a daily basis. The amounts they contain are laughable. And this is to force us to buy extra supplements, since they are expensive. So either incorporate them into your diet somehow (e.g. a probiotic yogurt and a slice of yellow cheese per day for calcium) or buy them in extra packages.

The product can do what it promises, but it is not suitable for people with thyroid issues. We bought it, saw that it contains iodine, and simply did not use it.

By far the best multivitamin for the male body. It contains many nutrients in appropriate quantities.
However, make sure to take 2 a day, not three as stated. One after breakfast in the morning and one after dinner in the evening. And don't be afraid of the high content of vitamin A. 75% of it is in its plant form, which is safe for the body up to 100,000IU per day.
