The purpose of this project is to provide an article-by-article interpretation of Law 2121/1993, codifying to some extent the existing Greek theory and case law, mainly from the year 1993 onwards. In cases where there is a gap, case law before 1993 as well as foreign theory and case law are also used.

The aim and purpose of this work is for this book to serve as a tool not only for legal professionals but also for anyone interested in intellectual property issues, providing them with comprehensive views and positions, reflections, and solutions from practice and theory, on matters regulated or arising from the law.
