No one gives a person their characteristics - neither God, nor society, nor their parents and ancestors, nor even the person themselves. No one is responsible for what exists, for how they are made, for the conditions or the environment in which they live.
It is not a consequence of some special design, a will, a purpose, nor an attempt to realize the "ideal person," the "ideal happiness," or the "ideal morality." It is completely absurd to force upon them some specific purpose.
Did we invent the concept of "purpose"? In reality, there is no purpose. The concept of "God" has so far been the greatest objection to existence. We reject God; we also reject the moral responsibility towards Him: only in this way do we redeem the World.
