For me, it does not meet what you want from a warming cream. It did not relieve my joint pain. I also bought it for cold feet. You don't feel warmth, if you walk after applying this gel you feel a very intense burning sensation. I would never buy it again.

For first use, I recommend a small amount because it causes an intense sensation of heat. It takes 15-25 minutes to work on the affected area.

No relation to the classic heating ointments like counterpain. It requires a lot to warm up, very intense rubbing, and the "heat" is completely temporary. This one does not provide beneficial heat but rather a burning sensation, so take hot peppers and rub them on yourself, you'll get a better result and for cheaper! It seems that the formula has changed lately because I find it impossible to believe the previous positive reviews

It is the best heating gel I have ever bought! I apply it 20 minutes before tennis training, on my shoulders and knees, and it warms up the muscles in almost 10 minutes. It greatly facilitates training and I have avoided injuries. It absorbs immediately, does not have a strong smell, and its effect lasts for over 1 hour!

It provides great relief, we all use it at home, for neck pain, leg pain for sciatica, tendonitis, and lower back pain. It burns quite a bit, but you get immediate relief, even if only for a short while. It doesn't cure, but it really provides relief.

From personal experience, I put it on my neck and felt a warmth for about an hour and then it was like I never put anything on... Disappointing...

It does exactly what it promises! It lasts about 2-3 hours. I recommend using a small amount the first two times you use it as it is quite intense and takes some getting used to. In terms of scent, it is almost odorless.
