This book was written with the aim of serving as a helpful resource for students in Higher Education. With practical examples, it introduces the reader to the fundamental principles and concepts of Quantum Mechanics.

After the first chapter, which presents the necessary mathematical knowledge, the concept of the wave function and its properties is introduced. In the third chapter, we will become familiar with the concept of the operator and its application in Quantum Mechanics.

In the fourth chapter, we will explore the uncertainty principle (Heisenberg). The fifth chapter provides a detailed analysis of the discrete spectrum. Finally, the sixth chapter presents a basic study of problems in more than one dimension.

This book marks a beginning. The reader can proceed to more theoretical topics from other texts.
