The lid that clicks on and doesn't just sit there is very useful, in terms of cleanliness and dust that sticks to the oil droplets during storage.
I fry potatoes outside and I remove the lid. This way it always stays clean.

Πολύ καλή. Ειδικά αν δεν γεμίζεις το καλάθι τηγανίζει πατάτες πολύ γρήγορα. Κατά περίεργο τρόπο η θερμότητα του κάδου είναι πιο άμεση παρόλο που η αντίσταση είναι κολλημένη στον πάτο του κάδου, σε σχέση με άλλες που είχα με την αντίσταση εμβαπτισμένη στο λάδι.
Πολύ χρήσιμο και το καπάκι που κουμπώνει και δεν ακουμπάει απλά, από άποψη καθαριοτητας και σκόνης που κολλάει στα σταγονίδια λαδιού κατά την αποθήκευση.
Εγώ τηγανίζω πατάτες έξω και το καπάκι το βγάζω. Έτσι διατηρείται πάντα καθαρό.
