    It never worked properly (took 7 minutes to boil a glass of water).
    I sent it for service, they didn't find anything and it still didn't work properly, so I eventually returned it and got my money back (except for, as they told me)

    It heats up the food quite quickly and well. It barely fits a very large plate of food. It has a simple operation, without many buttons and complex settings. Nice appearance, with the front mirror, making it look more expensive. The only negative thing that I didn't consider is that it doesn't have a handle when closing it, resulting in the mirror getting easily dirty with fingerprints and requiring constant cleaning. That's why it loses the 5th star
