The answer to the causes of the malaise in Greek education is not at all easy. The successful individual efforts made from time to time in certain areas do not have a noticeable impact on the overall picture.

The author believes that these individual efforts should be placed under the umbrella of the scientific branch of Vocational Pedagogy, which will coordinate them, ensuring that the positive results of one are transferred to the others. Moreover, this method of organization has proven successful in other countries.
