Description

The Star Theatre planetarium is equipped with a high-brightness LED projector and projects with stunning clarity 10,000 stars on the wall or ceiling of the room, in a circular disc approximately 2.7 m and at a distance of 2 to 2.3 m. 

This special home projector, the Star Theatre, was designed by the renowned Japanese planetarium projector designer Takayuki Ohira, who was recognized by the Guinness Book as the designer of the most advanced planetarium in the world, the Megastar II-Cosmos, which reproduces 5 million stars.

With the buttons on the projector, we can select

  • Daily movement of the stars (one rotation in approximately 6 minutes)
  • Creation and random appearance of shooting stars every 30 seconds
  • Operating time of the projector for 60, 30, 15 minutes (with the timer disabled, the device turns off automatically after 3 hours)

The package includes the power adapter and 2 projection themes:

  • the night sky of the northern hemisphere with 10,000 stars and our Galaxy
  • the night sky of the northern hemisphere with the constellation lines and our Galaxy.
