    Very dissatisfied with the after sales. Last year I bought a woolen duvet from nef-nef along with other products from the same company (sheets, etc.) which I wasn't very satisfied with, but ok. In total, I must have spent around 400€. I washed it for the first time after purchase to use it and it was fine, I washed it this year for the second time and it came out of the washing machine in bad condition. It has lost its volume, it's full of knots and can't be used! I called the store where I bought it on 14/10 to inform them about the problem, they told me they would contact nef-nef and they called me after 2 weeks to ask how I washed the duvet!!! Of course, I had mentioned all this during our first communication, that I followed the instructions as I did during the first wash. They contacted nef-nef again and then me to tell me that they hadn't had any other complaints about this particular duvet and maybe it got squeezed in the washing machine! In a 9kg washing machine of the best brand on the market, where another woolen duvet of similar dimensions is also washed and has had no issues. A month has passed, 3 communications in total and we are at square one! Obviously, the duvet gets damaged with washing and does not last over time unless it is not washed. It would be good for this to be mentioned in the instructions for use!

    Well, I was looking for about a week to find a good, hypoallergenic, warm duvet without plastic, etc. I ended up again with this specific company since almost all my sheets are from there because they also have affordable linen-cotton options and I don't regret it, the weight is perfect, the quality is very good, warm enough. If you don't want to spend 200+ on something else, it's a perfect price compared to its quality!

    The duvet has very good construction materials and indeed you don't sweat at all, but it is heavy. It often slips down during sleep and it is difficult to pull it up to cover yourself due to its weight. And when trying to shake it and spread it out, I can't lift it. I have washed it in the washing machine and it hasn't changed at all.

The Nef-Nef Homeware Wool Duvets 006026 king-size duvet is filled with 100% Australian wool and has a 100% cotton percale cover. The wool and cotton allow the duvet to breathe and wick away moisture produced during sleep, while its thermal rating is 10.5 tog. It can be used all year round as a cover, with a duvet cover for easier washing.

The duvet is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Machine wash at 30 °C on a low spin setting of up to 800 rpm. Do not tumble dry or iron. To dry, lay it flat, away from sunlight and damp. Store it completely dry in a breathable fabric bag, in a dry cupboard.
