The C24S security camera from Vstarcam is digital (IP), connects to your network wirelessly via Wi-Fi, and can be placed on flat surfaces.

The reception is weaker than the C7824WIP, which connects easily via wifi in a part of the house where the C24S is offline! Only with an ethernet cable are you secure. Without it, it is USELESS.

    After 3 months of occasional use and it was flawless, the time for everyday use came. There, it didn't manage. After 15 days, it started going offline and you had to unplug it to reconnect. When I contacted the store where I bought it, they told me to contact the importer. I did and they told me to reset it. After that, nothing changed. Now you have to send it to the store, the store to the importer, and back and forth. I should note that 3 cameras from the same company purchased from China have been working here for 3 years without any issues 24/7.

In the 4 months that they have been installed in cold and hot weather outside, I haven't had any issues. In terms of image quality, both during the day and at night, you can distinguish facial features and details, and it also has a light zoom, although I have never needed it. It is very easy to install and its application is very good, it never freezes. At night, it adjusts easily even in complete darkness with the infrared lights, even if a car with lights passes by, it adjusts the lighting and the camera does not get easily blinded.
