The title of the book that the reader holds in their hands certainly raises curiosity; why was the nickname of the protagonist of a childhood fairy tale used for one of the most renowned native varieties of the Greek vineyard today? And yet, as will be discovered, its historical development over the last fifty years fully justifies the characterization.
