The Land Registry Code includes both the provisions of laws 2308/1995 and 2664/1998 (as currently in force, after numerous amendments, the most recent being those of laws 4164/2013, 4315/2014, 4361/2016, 4381/2016, 4389/2016, and 4409/2016), as well as the provisions of the Land Registry Regulation of the Dodecanese (which has already been in application for 88 years and, as is well known, served as a model for the legislator of the National Cadastre).
