It is now commonly accepted that the resolution of the name issue, the gradual progress of political and economic transition of North Macedonia, its accession to the EU and NATO, as well as the intensification of cross-border cooperation with Greece, will decisively contribute to the country's prosperity, stability, and development.

Since the signing of the Framework Agreement, the country's path has been linked to the achievement of the goal of creating an ethnically inclusive pluralistic democracy.
