First of all, I don't understand why the price skyrocketed!! Three years ago, I bought it for half the money! It baked perfectly and almost daily, I made bread, pizza, and jam. It's been about six months that its functions have been gradually failing. Either the bread doesn't rise or it doesn't bake properly…. Just pure disappointment with modern machines. I imagine the warranty has expired too.

I bought this particular bread maker mainly for the gluten-free bread programs. Although it is relatively expensive compared to others, and from a well-known company, I had some doubts about whether it would succeed with gluten-free baking. Fortunately, I was proven wrong. I am quite satisfied with the result. As a complete beginner in bread making, I now make a very tasty gluten-free bread that has a very nice texture and rises quite well. However, while the bread is perfect in the first few hours after it comes out warm and nice, it takes quite an effort to consume it from the next day onwards. Its texture changes quite a bit, as does its taste.

I haven't tried the other programs yet, but it has plenty. But since it succeeded with gluten-free bread, I'm not worried about the others at all.

P.S. Although the product itself and the manufacturing company are not responsible, be careful where you buy it from because some large stores tend to send display products. And in a tool related to gluten-free baking, you don't want it to have been touched by people (aside from the somewhat altered appearance due to dust and fingerprints).

Whatever I say will be little. I have had it for 1.5 years and it changed our lives. Homemade bread every day, but also all the doughs are prepared there, it solved my hands. Excellent construction, you don't even realize it's baking, it doesn't emit any heat outward and it has various programs for everything. Perfect product.

I have had it for a few weeks and I am trying recipes from the recipe guide that accompanies it. So far, everything I have tried has turned out very good. Only when I made 1-2 of my own experiments with different types of flour and proportions, the result was disappointing...

It is very easy to use. And at least for bread and pizza dough, which I used it for, it is very good. For special uses (jams, steamed rice, etc.), I don't think I will ever use it.

    UPDATE: 20/8/2021
It still makes very nice bread when I follow the instructions. I tried a flour mixture from the supermarket that was supposed to be for whole wheat bread and replaced all the flours it uses in the whole wheat bread program. THE RESULT WAS NOT THERE!

The only downside is that the small mill wears out. And even though we take care of it a lot, it has become scratched. It is probably wearing out as it grinds the harder elements (salt, sugar, etc.). I will look for a replacement.
