    The book in its second edition, which was recently released, contains very few errors and most of the ones mentioned by the user below have been corrected. I liked the book quite a bit because, apart from the concepts of mathematics it contains in a logical and well-structured series for the student, it also includes applications of these mathematics at the end of each chapter. This is quite nice as it teaches you where to apply these mathematics in your everyday life. It also includes an introduction to MATLAB, which is quite useful for a first encounter with this program.
    A pretty good book and excellent work by Mr. Mylonas (who has written other noteworthy books), Mr. Schoinas (an exceptional mathematician), and Mr. Papaschoinopoulos.
