In a repeat test after 20 days of taking this supplement, my D3 levels went from deficient to sufficient. So for me, it worked quite well and quickly.

The best! From 11 to 37 in 1.5 months. The combination of D3 with magnesium makes a difference in absorption.

I have tried various brands for D3. I had also taken another D3+K2 from two different bottles of a good brand and it increased a bit more, but until then, when I was only taking D3, it was increasing slowly. With this brand, it finally increased and quickly after 7 years of treatment above the limit... I was at 13 and in 6 years I went to 24 with K2. With this, in 2 months, 32!!! Bravo!!! It is an effective supplement. My wife started it due to a deficiency because her vitamin D was 8 ng/ml in the blood tests. She started the supplement on 02/27 and on 04/03 (5 weeks later) when she tested again, it had increased to 24.4 ng/ml.

This supplement is really worth the money; even though it costs almost €40, it does what it says. For the 4 months that I've been using it, I've noticed various improvements in my mood, and I feel my bones much more rested and stronger overall. If you're looking for a vitamin D supplement, this is definitely worth it. However, for someone who doesn't want to spend that much money on a supplement, I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're not that interested in vitamin D. But if you have a significant deficiency in vitamin D, it's worth spending the money. Of course, it's good to get tested and consult a doctor to be sure. Personally, it has helped me a lot, and this is the third time I've ordered it!!!

It really does what it promises. I do a carnivore diet and while I get all the vitamins from meat and eggs, D3 is hard to obtain from food, and the tests I did showed very good levels!
It also has the necessary K2 for absorption and to prevent calcium from accumulating in the arteries, as well as the very useful magnesium.
I take them in the afternoon when the sun has set along with my meal; it requires a fatty meal for good absorption.
