First of all, I wonder why people write in reviews that it is not effective for cleansing when it is not a cleansing product. It is a moisturizing product. You can spray it after you have cleansed your face, you can spray it over makeup, as long as you don't rub it obviously, and it will give uniformity to the makeup because it blends the products together. I spray it on the sponge before applying foundation instead of wetting it with water, and for someone who doesn't use moisturizers, etc., this water will not replace them, but instead of putting nothing on after cleansing the face before bed, well, that's good too. I read a lot about its scent and I don't understand it. On one hand, it has a subtle smell, and on the other hand, it is pleasant. If it doesn't spray properly, you are using it wrong. It probably needs to be sprayed from further away, and you don't need to apply a ton.
Aside from a refreshing feel and mild hydration, it doesn't promise anything else, and it delivers on those.
