With the use of 5-6 times per year in the two years that it had a warranty, I was tired of changing scandals because they were getting lost. In 2.5 years, the motor said goodbye, it was purchased with the intention of the metal pump which, when I bought it, was not very popular in the market, in the end it didn't matter, when I approached the dealership ready to have a fight, literally they made fun of me and told me what machine did I go and buy...

It lasted me 3 years until it lost its oil and couldn't be repaired. Pretty good for its price. There were times when it worked non-stop for hours, I didn't use it in the best way (ventilation, etc.), so maybe that's why it got damaged. Overall, a pretty good product for its price, even though it caused me a problem. I bought Nilfisk again, this time 135bar.

After 6 months (6-7 uses), it started leaking water from the gun.... probably the start-stop valve got stuck.

I bought it about a month ago and since then I have been using it quite frequently for car, bicycle, and yard washing. I can say that it is worth its money and it is quite powerful. It also includes all the accessories as shown in the photo, and I can say that it is worth its money and more.

Returning to the review on 11/10/19. The plastic was purchased in June 19, with simple use mainly for car washing, and after about 20 uses within three months, it started leaking water from the gun. I called the Nilfisk dealership in Athens and they immediately replaced it for me within a week, sending me a new gun. After I sent them the invoice and the machine's label via email.

    Immediate service.
But not good build quality. (For simple use and for the gun to break within three months).

I bought this pressure washer 1 year and 2 months ago.

Last week, while I was using it, water started leaking from the gun. I contacted the company because the pressure washer is still under warranty and I explained the problem to them. They referred me to the local service center to have it checked.

To make a long story short, about a week later, and after the pressure washer had been transferred to another store in a neighboring city for inspection, I was informed by the Nilfisk representative that it is not covered by the warranty because the problem is with the gun, which is considered consumable (as they told me), and not with the machine.

First of all, the gun is NOT consumable but an accessory, which is covered by the warranty if purchased separately. Consumable refers to something that can be used up or depleted, as the word suggests. For example, a cleaning solution. And if they consider it consumable, why didn't they tell me from the beginning, but instead, I had to wait for a week and go to two different stores to have it checked?

Unfortunately, I believed that Nilfisk is one of the best companies in the industry that respects the people who have shown their preference for it. It is truly disappointing because I expected a different treatment. It is fair for any company to have some flaws or defects in their products within the warranty period. However, how each company handles it shows who they are.

Purchased on 27-10-2015 with countless hours of use (car washing, balconies, windows, carpets, yard) and even after so many years, it still works flawlessly. It hasn't shown the slightest issue even after prolonged continuous use. Quite noisy compared to others in the same category. It's definitely worth the extra money.

1/10/2020 - It gave up. It lasted exactly 5 years. So, for a 130 euro pressure washer, it's decent!
