    Favorite XTend. I have been using it for many years and it always delivers on its promises. It dissolves very well in water and has a great taste (I have tried Lemon Lime and Watermelon, which I alternate occasionally).

    One scoop in 300ml of water and I drink it gradually during my workout if it is intense, and if not, right after, a little before my protein.
