    Very good pan, fully non-stick and easy to clean. I don't know if it scratches easily because I don't use anything sharp inside the pan. It's not very light but that doesn't bother me at all because it's the best pan I have EVER bought. I am completely satisfied and will not use any other. I have bought it in all sizes. One thing I will tell you, you don't need a drop of oil or butter to cook. I highly recommend it.
