Personally, I do not believe that it has the power to replace dental floss. My teeth are very close to each other, so I feel that water does not pass through the gaps. On the plus side, it does not damage my braces and is easier to handle than dental floss.

Quite a good product. Satisfactory battery life. I have no opinion on the spare parts as I haven't needed to order any yet. The product functions better when used with mouthwash.
Would I buy it again? Yes, but I wouldn't choose a more expensive model. It is definitely more convenient than dental floss on a daily basis and it never replaces our visit to the dentist

For the first 2-3 months, it worked perfectly. Then I noticed that the indicator LEDs were flashing with the device turned off and not charging, while at the same time the battery was discharging earlier (2 days) than initially (3 days). Gradually, after 7 months of use, it requires charging every day and malfunctions. I suspect that it has gotten water in its circuit. Mechanically, it is flawless! I hope it only happened to me...

I believe the older model was more powerful and its plastic (compared to rubber) nozzle fit better between the teeth. But overall, it is a very good method, complementary, for cleaning our teeth.
