The volume "Law as the Foundation of a Modern and Developing Economy" includes 19 presentations by leading legal experts and scientists, which were presented at the 6th National Conference of e-THESIS, held in May 2015 in Pylos, Messinia.

The presentations are organized into five thematic sections, corresponding to the five sessions with the same name during the Conference's proceedings.
