They do not squeeze the toes and stay securely in place without slipping. Suitable for open shoes and high heels.
To apply, remove the plastic backing and identify the left insole by the L marking. Place the insole sticky side down beneath the ball of the foot. Replace it when the first signs of wear appear, and no later than six months after first use.
