Instructions for Use

Apply before or after exercise, or before bedtime, on dry and clean skin. 

Massage gently until fully absorbed. 

Rinse your hands after application. 

Avoid contact with eyes. 

In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
