• It is recommended to consume 1 tablet per day for at least one month (in case of increased needs, two tablets per day are allowed).
• Take the tablet at least half an hour before a meal, in the morning or in the evening.

1 tablet provides on average:

• B- (1,3) - (1,6) -D-glucan 200 mg 
• Vitamin C 80 mg
• Water-soluble form of coenzyme Q10 20mg

Tablets coated with a membrane and elongated for easy swallowing, containing an ingredient to facilitate their decomposition in the stomach for rapid absorption. 

• They do not contain ingredients of animal origin and therefore (unlike gelatin capsules), they are also suitable for vegetarians.
