It is the third time I am taking it. The first 2 times, I was already in a workout phase and had 3-4 extra kilos from my normal weight. I lost the weight and got toned. Now that I am taking it again, I am in the pregnancy phase and have 10 extra kilos. I started a diet and exercise routine with plenty of elliptical, abs, back, and TRX (no weights). I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the afternoon, 40 minutes before my workout. I drink 3 to 4 liters of water per day and I don't drink decaf coffee for obvious reasons. In the second week, I have already lost 2.5 kilos but I have a significant change in my body. I no longer have fluid retention and the fat is visibly reducing. Caffeine has not bothered me, although if I drink more than 2 coffees, I have an issue. As for the normal side effects... I sweat a lot throughout the day and due to the high water intake, I constantly go to the bathroom. Other than that, I don't have any other issues. I consider the 2 pills to be sufficient and if I took more, the caffeine would affect me too much. Pay attention to the dosages in general and drink plenty of water for the liver.
