The first impression was positive as it was one of the few products in its category with a pleasant scent. Its texture is good. As for effectiveness, I can't say that I saw any significant difference in my case, of course, other more expensive and well-known products were equally ineffective, so I can't say that it lacked anything. The only positive thing is that due to its texture and scent, it can be used as a cream and not end up in the basket of useless ones like others, which apart from being ineffective or expensive, are also unpleasant-smelling.

You need a fair to large amount of cream (depending on the intensity) for the pain to subside completely, as well as quite some time (for me) for it to take effect, and several applications/repetitions. At least that's the case for me, as I suffer from tendonitis in my arm. I wouldn't generally recommend it for very serious cases of myalgia. 3 stars from me. I would like to see it considerably improved in the future, with a higher content of Arnica. The 'made in Germany' label should live up to its name
