The OXY Publications present an original series of notebooks. Using pencil and eraser, the renowned graphic designer Paris Koutsikos designs letters. Each design follows the shape and dynamics of the letter.

The components of each composition emerge along the way, based more on intuition, balance, and humor. Inevitably, the result is surreal compositions made up of familiar but also non-existent objects, mysterious shapes, imaginary animals, faces, and severed and isolated body parts.

The aesthetic references comics as well as psychedelia, conditions of weightlessness, visual games, intense shading, decorative elements borrowed from various cultures, forms that simply serve the balance of the composition.

The combination of letters with the aim of forming words gives a different dynamic to the visual aesthetic of each word.
