This book is an introduction to the basic techniques of classical guitar, as well as a first contact of the student with chamber music.

The learning of the two ways of striking the strings, apoyando and tirando, of arpeggios and the simplest chords and scales in the first position, is done progressively and complemented by simple melodies and original studies in different styles as well as compositions by: A. Logy, F. Sor, F. Carulli, J. Brahms, G. Mertz, #N. Coste and A. Cano.

The last part of the book consists of well-known and easy - technically - melodies arranged contrapuntally for two and three guitars.
