Plantoys manufactures its toys from rubberwood trees that no longer produce latex, following sustainable practices. Before the trees are cut down, the soil remains chemical-free for three years, and the wood drying process enhances durability without the use of chemicals.

For toy production, Planwood, a new safe and sustainable material, as well as organic dye, friendly to the environment and children, is used. Plantoys employs certified E-Zero glue instead of traditional toxic adhesives and does not use chemical dyes that contain heavy or other metals. Soy ink and recycled paper are used for printing.
