The third, revised edition of the handbook "Elements of Banking Law" further enriches the analysis of the previous edition, taking into account the new themes and data that arose as a result of the international and national financial crisis.

This edition maintains the structure of the previous edition, with the relevant topics enriched to include the changes that occurred during the period 2012-2016. Thus, the handbook is structured into two major parts: a) Public Banking Law and b) Private Banking Law.
