They have helped me a lot, they are thick, soft, and make a big difference for the plantar fasciitis I have in my heel. I have bought 4 pairs. Durable.

They are uncomfortable and do not provide much rest due to the thin cushion on the heel. However, I must say that compared to many others I have tried, they are of better quality.

Decent insoles. Simple things. They relax the heel a bit. Don't expect a huge difference.
