It is suitable for frying, grilling, boiling, steaming, sautéing, and even smoking. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. 

To keep its non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the cookware cool before cleaning it and to avoid using steel wool. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
