The series: To ensure that children have a healthy social life founded on effective relationships, they must cultivate empathy, the ability to put themselves in others' shoes, understand, and feel things in the same way as another person experiences them. The author: Yolanda Tsoroni-Georgiadi holds a degree from the Law School, from the Pedagogical Academy, from the Department of Education at the University of Athens, and has undergone further training at the Marasleios Teaching School. She worked for many years in public education, writes articles for pedagogical magazines, volunteers in organizations for promoting literature, is an active member of the Women's Literary Society, and has published many books for children and studies on folklore. She has been included in the Registry of Trainers of the program "Innovative Actions to Enhance Children's Love for Reading" and has undertaken educational work at teacher training seminars for Primary Education educators.
