SUMMER WITH CHRIST by FR. GEORGIOS CHRISTODOULOU

With the grace of God, a new book has been published for the needs of children during the summer months. Written with much love by the Very Reverend Protopresbyter Fr. Georgios Christodoulou, pastor and youth leader of the Holy Church of Agia Sophia in Neo Psychiko, it aims to provide knowledge of the ecclesiastical life. The goal of the book is for children to enjoy a beautiful and carefree summer with Christ.

This book, in a beautiful and natural way, serves as an essential catechesis on the basic truths of our faith. For example, it discusses Confession, Holy Communion, the necessity of Prayer and Church attendance, and showcases a blessed priestly figure as well as the even more blessed and gentle way the priest shepherds the lambs of Christ, as mentioned in the preface of the book by His Eminence Metropolitan Paul of Siatista and Siatista.

The book consists of sixty-four (64) color pages measuring 21×28, featuring rich illustrations as well as sections with activities and games, so that children can spend a wonderful summer while also benefiting spiritually. The book is suitable as a keepsake for Sunday Schools and Camps.
