It is made of aluminum, a lightweight material that is highly resistant to rust and heats up quickly. It has a non-stick coating made of stone, ensuring great resistance to scratches and abrasions. To maintain the integrity of the coating, we advise you to let the pot cool before cleaning it and avoid using wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge. Most importantly, its dual use as a pot and a casserole dish is very convenient for me, keeping the food warm until I serve it, while using the oven for other dishes! For an induction stove, it is not easy to find such cookware that can hold large quantities with depth. And its construction, resembling a wok, helps with stirring. I would prefer a heavier bottom.
