I have been searching for a kitchen machine for many years, maybe 2 or 3 years. My requirements were to have only one machine, meaning only one motor on the counter, and to have all kinds of attachments to fit on it. The truth is that although it is quite expensive, as well as the attachments you buy separately, it is something else! Truly, the best purchase I have made in a device. The build quality is of professional standards. Because I wanted many extra attachments when purchasing, I spoke to the representative and understood that there is good service and spare parts for anything that may break or get damaged. Personally, I bought the version that only comes with the 3 attachments of the main bowl and ordered separately from Germany over half of the attachments, some of which are not even available in the Greek market, as confirmed by the representative. Overall, I bought:
-The main machine (1500W),
-the blender,
-the TastyMoments set with the 2 mills (chopping/grinding) + the glass for making smoothies,
-the VeggieLove Plus set with the large multi with a blade, 3 discs, and a lemon squeezer,
-an extra disc for slicing in large strips (for potatoes, cucumbers, etc.) [not available in Greece],
-the ice cream maker that goes in place of the main bowl [not available in Greece],
-an extra plastic bowl to leave the dough aside and put it back on top for quick rising, to work on other mixtures while it rises again,
-another extra disc (called SuperCut) for medium zig-zag slices (for pickles, salads, boiled vegetables, etc.),
-a spare part from the representative for the black continuous cutting attachment, I didn't buy the whole set (the plain VeggieLove, not the Plus) because I already had the discs from the other set, the Plus, or the ones I bought separately, so I paid half the price,
-a Bosch bag for the discs from the representative.
-In the future, I may also get the adapter for horizontal attachments and add the conical slicer or the meat grinder, but for now, I don't need them.
I am very satisfied, I have used them all. I will only mention one tip regarding the cutting discs that are for slicing (meaning for slices or the one for strips). There must be a continuous flow, for example, potatoes or vegetables or whatever we put in, meaning there shouldn't be any gaps, we put it in the chute from the top and as it goes down, we put the next one exactly on top. The reason is that Bosch, probably for our hand safety, has placed the disc lower than where the chute ends, resulting in always having 1 to 1.5cm of food that is not sliced and rotates around with the disc, which means it hits right-left as it rotates from the torque it has together with the stuck vegetable. Exactly when we see it finishing, we turn off the switch and don't let it hit the plastic. While it is cutting, of course, nothing like that happens. What remains, we either chop it with a knife or throw it away because it is usually deformed. Also, in the blender, if we want to blend in empty air, we remove the measuring cup, press the elastic lid, and place it back and let the lid return upwards. It is a very good machine, I believe it is intended only for those who are seriously involved in the kitchen, especially if someone also gets the accessories, all of them together take up a lot of space, although it replaces almost any other machine we have, but one will have to read several instructions (each accessory has its own book), one must be careful with the speeds (each accessory and each disc has its own limits) and in general, it requires a little learning with the accessories and what goes with what, because if you get many accessories, you will easily end up dealing with lego during washing. There are many pieces that each accessory has when disassembled, especially the VeggieLove. And it also requires a lot of attention on how to handle them. Bosch provides some protective covers for the mills and blades, but I saw that with the covers they do not clean well in the dishwasher, so we put them in plain. I hope I helped.
Έψαχνα πολλά χρόνια κουζινομηχανή, ίσως 2 ή 3 χρόνια. Οι απαιτήσεις μου ήταν να έχω μία και μόνο μηχανή, δηλαδή 1 μόνο μοτέρ πάνω στον πάγκο και να έχω κάθε είδους εξάρτημα να προσαρμόζω επάνω. Η αλήθεια είναι πως ενώ είναι αρκετά ακριβή, όπως και τα εξαρτήματα που αγοράζεις ξεχωριστά, παρόλα αυτά είναι το κάτι άλλο! Πραγματικά, η καλύτερη αγορά σε συσκευή που έχω κάνει. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι επαγγελματικών προδιαγραφών. Επειδή κατά την αγορά ήθελα και έξτρα πάρα πολλά εξαρτήματα μίλησα με τον αντιπρόσωπο και κατάλαβα πως υπάρχει και καλό service αλλά και ανταλλακτικά σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί αν σπάσει ή φθαρεί κάτι. Προσωπικά πήρα την έκδοση που είναι σκέτη μόνο με τα 3 εξαρτήματα του κεντρικού κάδου και παρήγγειλα ξεχωριστά από Γερμανία πάνω από τα μισά εξαρτήματα, κάποια από τα οποία δεν υπάρχουν καν στο ελληνικό εμπόριο, μιας που μου το επιβεβαίωσε και η αντιπροσωπεία. Συνολικά αγόρασα:
-Την κεντρική μηχανή (των 1500W),
-το μπλέντερ,
-το σετ TastyMoments με τους 2 μύλους (κοπή/λιώσιμο) + το ποτήρι για παρασκευή Smoothies,
-το σετ VeggieLove Plus με το μεγάλο multi με μαχαίρι, 3 δίσκους, και λεμονοστύφτη,
-έναν έξτρα δίσκο τεμαχισμού σε μεγάλες λωρίδες (για πατάτες, αγγούρια, κλπ) [δεν διατίθεται στην Ελλάδα]
-την παγωτομηχανή που μπαίνει στη θέση του κεντρικού κάδου [δεν διατίθεται στην Ελλάδα],
-έξτρα πλαστικό κάδο για να μπορείς να αφήνεις τη ζύμη στην άκρη και να τη βάζεις πάνω ξανά για
γρήγορο ξεφούσκωμα, για να δουλεύεις σε άλλα μίγματα όσο την αφήνεις να ξαναφουσκώσει,
-άλλον έναν έξτρα δίσκο (SuperCut λέγεται) για μέτριες φέτες zig-zag (για τουρσί, σαλάτες, βραστά λαχανικά κλπ),
-ανταλλακτικό από την αντιπροσωπεία του μαύρου εξαρτήματος συνεχόμενης κοπής, δεν πήρα όλο το σετ (το απλό VeggieLove, όχι το Plus) γιατί τους δίσκους τους είχα από το άλλο σετ το Plus ή/και αυτούς που πήρα ξεχωριστά, οπότε το πλήρωσα μισή τιμή,
-τσαντάκι της Bosch για τους δίσκους από την αντιπροσωπεία.
-Στο μέλλον μπορεί να πάρω και τον προσαρμογέα οριζόντιων εξαρτημάτων και να βάλω τον κωνικό τρίφτη ή και την κρεατομηχανή, προς το παρόν δε τα χρειάζομαι.
Είμαι πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος, τα έχω χρησιμοποιήσει όλα. Ένα tip μόνο θα αναφέρω σχετικά με τους δίσκους κοπής που είναι για τεμαχισμό (φέτες δηλαδή ή αυτό για τις λωρίδες). Πρέπει να υπάρχει συνεχόμενη ροή, πχ πατάτες ή λαχανικά ή ότι βάζουμε τελος πάντων, δηλαδή δε πρέπει να υπάρχει κενό, βάζουμε στη θήκη από πάνω και όσο κατεβαίνει βάζουμε το άλλο ακριβώς από πάνω. Ο λόγος είναι επειδή η Bosch μάλλον για ασφάλεια για τα χέρια μας, έχει βάλει πιο χαμηλά το δίσκο από εκεί που τελειώνει η θήκη με αποτέλεσμα στο τέλος να μένει πάντα 1 με 1,5cm τροφής που δεν τεμαχίζεται και γυρίζει γύρω γύρω μαζί με τον δίσκο, πράγμα που σημαίνει οτι κοπανάει δεξιά-αριστέρα όπως γυρίζει από τη ροπή που έχει μαζί με το κολλημένο λαχανικό. Ακριβώς όταν βλέπουμε να τελειώνει κλείνουμε το διακόπτη και δε το αφήνουμε να χτυπάει στα πλαστικά. Όσο κόβει εννοείται πως δεν γίνεται κάτι τέτοιο. Αυτό που μένει ή το τεμαχίζουμε με ένα μαχαίρι ή το πετάμε γιατί συνήθως είναι παραμορφωμένο. Επίσης στο μπλέντερ αν θέλουμε να χτυπήσουμε σε κενό αέρος, αφαιρούμε τη μεζούρα, πιέζουμε το καπάκι το οποίο είναι ελαστικό, και την ξανατοποθετούμε και αφήνουμε το καπάκι να επανέλθει προς τα πάνω. Είναι πάρα πολύ καλή μηχανή, πιστεύω οτι προορίζεται μόνο γι αυτούς που ασχολούνται σοβαρά με την κουζίνα, ειδικά αν πάρει κάποιος και τα εξαρτήματα, αυτά όλα μαζί πιάνουν πολύ χώρο, αν και αντικαθιστά συνολικά σχεδόν ότι άλλο μηχάνημα έχουμε, αλλά θα πρέπει να διαβάσει αρκετές οδηγίες (κάθε εξάρτημα έχει δικό του βιβλίο), πρέπει να προσέχει με τις ταχύτητες (κάθε εξάρτημα κ κάθε δίσκος έχει δικά του όρια) και γενικά θέλει λίγο εκμάθηση με τα εξαρτήματα που πάει τι, γιατί αν πάρετε πολλά εξαρτήματα, εύκολα στο πλύσιμο θα έχετε να κάνετε με lego μετά. Είναι πολλά τα τεμάχια που έχει το κάθε εξάρτημα όταν αποσυναρμολογείται ειδικά τα VeggieLove. Και θέλει και πολύ προσοχή πώς τα πιάνουμε. Η Bosch δίνει κάποιες προστατευτικές ασφάλειες για τους μύλους και τα μαχαίρια, αλλά είδα οτι με τις ασφάλειες δεν καθαρίζονται καλά στο πλυντήριο πιάτων, οπότε τα βάζουμε σκέτα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.
