Bolivia, July 2019. The Mexican cartel Santa Blanca is continuously gaining influence over the government, turning the country into a place filled with terror and uncontrolled violence. As a member of the Ghosts, the elite of the US special forces, your goal is to cause absolute chaos and dismantle the cartel and its illegal activities by any means you choose. You have the ability to explore the wilds of Bolivia - on foot or with one of the many vehicles - and interact with the game's characters according to the strategy you want to follow, as the world responds differently to each of your choices and reacts accordingly.
