The machine has a very good quality construction and does not irritate the skin at all (very important). Also, the accessories that come with it help a lot in shaping your mustache the way you want. I give it 4 stars because I expected it to provide a closer shave.

I bought the machine 2 months ago. In general, I consider it to be very good in its operation. Regarding shaving: for someone who doesn't have a thick mustache, it takes several passes to go over the neck area for a close shave (same as a razor) and it causes irritation. I am completely satisfied with the trimming because it has enough settings and is easily adjustable.

I have had the machine for about six months. It has not presented any problems to me. The battery lasts a long time (using it twice a week for trimming). The other heads do their job just fine. The only thing that might give me a little trouble is cleaning the main head, and I would like it to include maintenance oil.

I would say that this particular product did not leave me satisfied. It creaks excessively, making shaving difficult, and it gets quite hot in the hand... what a shame

This particular machine is ideal for trimming and for a decent shaving experience (of course, no machine can replace a razor).

Positives:
+ great battery life (a full charge gives weeks of shaving, I use it almost every day)
+ good trimming precision, with scales from 1 to 7 mm
+ overall good shaving, with a mechanism that adapts to the shape of the face
+ does not cut
+ peripheral coating to prevent slipping
+ includes a travel pouch and a blade protector

Negatives:
- after repeated passes, it creates some redness
- the neck requires multiple passes for satisfactory results

Braun recommends blade replacement after 18 months, I have had it for 1 year and so far I have not noticed significant degradation.

Very good machine.... It just doesn't work for trimming like the old one I had... which, however, didn't shave as well as this one... For its price, it's superb

As soon as I used it, my skin turned very red. I wasted my money, I don't know what others write, but I regret it. And it requires many repetitions, many dry skin all these. That's how it is advertised.

Very good machine. Comfortable and easy. I bought it mainly for trimming but it also did a job similar to a razor without many repetitions. 5 heads for trimming at different lengths. No comparison to my old Braun which essentially tired me out and I had "retired" it early. For me, it is worth the money and more

Since I have tried several machines, I can confidently say that this one is ideal for the intended job.
If you are looking for a multifunction device for facial care, this is the way to go.

Edit: Two years later, I changed the head for €15 and it is like new again. You pass it on your face and it feels like you shaved against a razor. Without the irritation of a razor.
Even if it breaks at some point, I would still get the same one unless this specific model has been upgraded.
