So I was torn between the Lenco L-3808 and this one. I didn't want to spend too much (yet). I checked everything I wanted in a turntable.
So when I saw the LP300 at this price (139 euros), I jumped on it. I said the universe is finally listening. But everyone had it on a 10-day delivery and those who had it in stock were selling it for around 260. I said "no way" and I went to the store where I would order it.
And it arrived...
Beautiful! I am amazed by the attention to detail. When you handle it, you don't fear it falling apart or a piece breaking off. Sturdy construction with a beautiful smokey look cover that looks incredibly beautiful in the dark with the lights of the rotations and the needle.
Quiet motor (direct drive) with accurate speeds (photo), heavy platter. You have the impression that it is an expensive turntable model (not that it lacks anything compared to the expensive ones).
Now, for those of you who are more interested in sound quality, that is, to "unleash" the sound, you need to get a better needle, preamp, and RCA cables. All turntables at these prices require these "upgrades". I'm talking about those of you who want that extra.
Now for the negatives, I didn't like that the adapter for the 45s is cheap plastic and the RCA cables are the cheap ones that cost 1 euro. Another thing that might deter someone from buying it is that when a side finishes, the arm doesn't return to its base. That means if you fall asleep, nothing will happen, but it will keep spinning until you get up to close it yourself.
But the good thing is that for this money, you get a good machine and you can gradually upgrade it according to your preferences.

Λοιπόν ήμουν μεταξύ Lenco L-3808 και αυτό. Δεν ήθελα να ξοδέψω πολλά (ακόμα). Τσέκαραν όλα όσα ήθελα σ ένα πικάπ.
Οταν λοιπόν είδα το LP300 σ αυτήν την τιμή (139 ευρώ) πήδηξα. Είπα το σύμπαν ακούει τελικά.
Ολοι όμως το είχαν αποστολή σε 10 μέρες και αυτοί που το είχαν στοκ η τιμή περι στα 260. Λέω "δε μαμείς" κάνω αμπεμπαμλομ στο κατάστημα απ' οπου θα το παραγγείλω.
Όντως σε 10 μέρες μου έρχεται το εμαιλ ότι είχε αποσταλείιιιιιιιι.....
Και ήρθεεεεεεεεε...
Ομορφο! Εχω πάθει πλάκα στην προσοχή μέχρι και στην λεπτομέρεια. Όταν το χειρίζεσαι δεν φοβάσαι μην σου διαλυθεί η μείνε στο χέρι κανα κομμάτι.
Σταθερή βαριά κατασκευή μ ένα όμορφο καπάκι smokey look που στο σκοτάδι με τα λαμπάκια των στροφών και της βελόνας φαίνεται απίστευτα όμορφο.
Αθόρυβο μοτέρ (direct drive) με ακριβές στροφές (φώτο), βαριά πλάκα. Έχεις την εντύπωση ότι είναι ένα ακριβό μοντέλο πικάπ.(όχι ότι υστερεί σε τίποτα από τα ακριβά).
Τώρα, για εσάς που σας ενδιαφέρει περισσότερο η ποιότητα του ήχου, δλδ να "απελευθερωθεί" ο ήχος, πρέπει να πάρετε καλύτερη βελόνα, προενισχυτή και RCA καλώδια. Όλα τα πικάπ σ αυτές τις τιμές προϋποθέτουν αυτές τις "αναβαθμίσεις".
Μιλάω πάντα για εσάς που θέλετε αυτό το παραπάνω.
Στα αρνητικά τώρα, δεν μου άρεσε που ο αντάπτορας για τα 45άρια είναι φθηνό πλαστικό και τα RCA καλώδια είναι τα φτηνά του 1 ευρώ.
Κάτι άλλο που μπορεί να αποτρέψει κάποιον να το πάρει είναι ότι όταν τελειώσει η πλευρά, το χέρι δεν επιστρέφει πίσω στην βάση του. Δλδ αν σε πάρει ο ύπνος όχι ότι θα πάθει τίποτα αλλά θα γυρνάει μέχρι να σηκωθείς να το κλείσεις εσύ.
Το καλό όμως είναι ότι σε αυτά τα χρήματα παίρνεις ένα καλό μηχάνημα και μπορείς σιγά σιγά να αναβαθμίσεις ανάλογα με τις προτιμήσεις σου.
