The Rogue Stormers is the second title from Black Forest Games, the team responsible for Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. It combines classic run 'n' gun gameplay with a modern artistic perspective, controls that require two joysticks, and all the positive elements of a Rogue-like title. Each new engagement with it feels different, with randomly generated levels and dozens of different special abilities and weapons.

The core of Rogue Stormers is the fast-paced action based on dual-stick controls. The player must move quickly, shoot, and cause explosions to clear a path through hordes of enemies and save Ravensdale. This can be attempted alone or by recruiting friends in multiplayer mode, either in local network or online.
