DOSAGE: Mix 50 grams of the product (2 scoops) with 100 ml of water in a blender or with a fork. Let it stand for a few seconds. Pan cooking: Add the mixture to a hot pan with a little oil. Microwave cooking: Add the mixture to a microwave and cook for about one and a half minutes. It can be consumed at any time of the day, although it is ideal for breakfast or between meals.
