Description

Following Shadow of Mordor, travel once again to Middle-earth from The Lord of the Rings to experience the epic adventure of Talion, who shares his body with the elf Celembribor.

The goal is to create a new ring and a powerful army in the heart of Mordor to confront the dark Lord Sauron. Recruit any capable fighter, conquer fortresses, defend your own, weaken Sauron's army, ally with powerful enemies, and face the fearsome Nazgul and the Dark Lord.

Finally, with the help of the Nemesis system, the environment is richer and more realistic, creating unique personal stories with each enemy, ambushes, and many other unique scenarios and stories.

Determine the flow of war with the improved Nemesis system

Return to the fantastical world of Middle-earth and face the deadly threat of Sauron and his Nazgûl, as you fight to prevent the spread of destruction and malevolence across the land.

Building on the iconic "Nemesis" system of Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War will place your actions at the heart of the conflict. Now, not only will enemies react to your presence and remember your previous encounters, but also, the dynamic "Nemesis Fortresses" will respond to your tactics, encouraging you to seek new approaches for each location.

The "Followers," on the other hand, will define the story itself, adding new branches to the narrative through their own tales of loss, devotion, and betrayal, thus building the expanding story of the world.

You pay attention and learn what happened before LOTR. The combos in this game are very good, they have the same style as the Batman Arkham series games, so you have great battles

Addictive gameplay if you give it time to level up because it has a fairly large skill tree. What I really liked is that although it has many skills to unlock, none of them are useless, unlike many games that offer useless or similar skills, resulting in the player being able to have different styles of gameplay.
Graphics are okay, could be a little better.
Main story - nice for Lord of the Rings fans.
Single player is one of the games that I finished, but due to the nice gameplay, I continue to play it. I finished it in about 20 and something hours and I have put about 80 hours in total.

AMAZINGGG! You have to try it yesterday! It has twists and never stops surprising you!
The only thing that bothered me and I didn't finish it was its duration. It's endless! It takes several working hours if you want to experience everything.

This review is about the edition: Definitive

First of all. You must first play the first game in the series for there to be a continuation. The second one keeps the same mechanics more or less but delves deeper and is slightly more complex. The story is quite strong (if you are a fan of the LOTR series) without being canon, of course.

The nemesis system is quite entertaining and adds a lot of variety to the game. With this system, enemies "remember" what happened in your previous battles, adapt to your tactics, or something you did may have consequences for a seemingly unrelated enemy, and all of this is expressed through a huge range of voice acting (if you are interested, look into it more).

Finally, the two DLCs included in the Definitive Edition are quite strong both in terms of story and gameplay. They are definitely worth playing once you complete the main game.

One of the best 3rd person games I have played. The game is open world and has a good story. The best part is that you can build an army and go on campaigns. I highly recommend it.

I had bought it being hyped from the shadow of Mordor which was an awesome game, but this one was a complete disappointment in almost every aspect. Tedious and boring to no end... Of course, at the price it has dropped now, the risk is small, so it's a matter of taste.

This review is about a variation of the product

Good, although I got bored relatively quickly. The missions and mechanics were somewhat confusing. The multiplayer was not very interesting. However, it had a good story and rich content in terms of equipment, abilities, etc. A satisfactory but definitely not perfect RPG.

This review is about the edition: Gold

The game is the best thing that Lord of the Rings fans deserve. Awesome gameplay, the best combat in a game in my opinion, it has a fairly large map although I won't say more because I don't want to spoil it and the story was lukewarm to bad. The DLCs were not good to be honest, so I highly recommend it for fans and not only.

One of the best RPGs, I recommend it for anyone looking for the only thing I would like more is improvement in the map with the conquer it's simple... Also, it has some bugs if you don't pay attention, it puts you in dead spots of the game and you can't get out... Great game though

Interesting game with an open world, parkour AC style but much better with stealth kills that score 10/10. Enhancing skills, weapons, armor, and everything else. You can see the weaknesses of each boss, which you learn by interrogating the right NPCs. Definitely a dynamic game worth buying!

The game is very good with a great story and mechanics like the Nemesis system that really make a difference!!! As for microtransactions and lootboxes, you can simply ignore them! Enough with the rumors from people who never intended to buy the game and are looking for an excuse to pirate it, in FIFA that robs you every year with ultimate team and FIFA points, you don't say a word. Those who played the first one and liked it, get it blindly and those who enjoy the Lord of the Rings setting and open world games, don't miss out on it either!!!

For someone who has played Shadow of Mordor, yes, it is the best. However, the 4 stars are for the 4th chapter. It is repetitive until you die...

    Rating: 9/10

It's not like the 1st one, but at the price it is right now, it's worth it and more. You won't regret the money you spent

  • You pay attention and learn what happened before LOTR. The combos in this game are very good, they have the same style as the Batman Arkham series games, so you have great battles

  • Addictive gameplay if you give it time to level up because it has a fairly large skill tree.

  • AMAZINGGG! You have to try it yesterday! It has twists and never stops surprising you!
The only thing that bothered me and I didn't finish it was its duration. It's endless! It takes several working hours if you want to experience everything.

  • First of all.

  • One of the best 3rd person games I have played. The game is open world and has a good story. The best part is that you can build an army and go on campaigns. I highly recommend it.
