    Complete disappointment.. from the first day it was leaking oil and the company told me it was normal because the hose is new, but besides that, two months after the warranty expired, the motor got damaged and I am still waiting after 8 months for them to give me an answer if they will give me a discount for the replacement (because it cannot be repaired..) it's a shame because with such customer service, I don't think I will ever buy anything from this company again.

    but, the fan needs cleaning all the time because it leaks oil.

    And the danger of this situation is that if something goes wrong and it catches fire, my entire kitchen will burn. If the company can't do something about it, I will send it back (or throw it away) and buy from another company.
