Lock's Quest for Xbox One combines strategy and real-time combat in a story of war between the Kingdom Force and the resurrected Clockwork army, led by Lord Agony. As Lock, a boy who discovers the invasion of his village, you build fortifications and fight for 75 days across 12 different maps.

Fortifications include dozens of turrets, traps, and support items, while building and combat strategies adapt as new materials become available and enemy intelligence evolves. Special attacks are activated depending on the situation, while super attacks strike multiple enemies. The game also includes the endless Antonia Defense mode, a musical score, remastered high-resolution portraits, and hand-drawn cutscenes that tell the story of the Kingdom Force and the Archineers.
