Perfect sub after a lot of searching I ended up with this because the use I make is mainly movies, I did not regret at all for the money I gave. It plays very well and clearly in a 5.1.2 system with Dolby Atmos in movies, without any distortion or noise from the Port, sometimes you feel the couch vibrating in explosions and scenes with seismic effects, etc ... the Gain was set at 12 o'clock of course if you want to demolish the house you can increase it but it's not necessary.
And in music it plays equally well but if you want exclusively music go for the Sb1000 which is without a port.
